Ensuring that the health and wellbeing of your staff is looked after is now more a priority than ever before. But with ever reducing resources, whether that be staff time or finances, organisations often find it difficult to know how and where to start.
During this workshop, the Healthy Workplaces Leicestershire team will show you how you can make the most effective and efficient business decisions to support the health and wellbeing of your employees. The session will cover:
- The importance of a strategic approach to employee health and wellbeing
- The dangers of “tick-box” exercises
- Tools you can use to support your employee wellbeing decision making
This workshop will be led by Elliot Foster, Healthy Workplaces Leicestershire Lead. Elliot has a passion for supporting organisations to put together a strategic approach to support the health and wellbeing of employees, alongside a focus on preventing ill health. He has an MSc in Work Psychology from Loughborough University, and so not only understands the psychological aspects that impact upon employee wellbeing, but also the importance of ensuring initiatives are practical in a workplace setting, not just in the scientific research.
This session is targeted at business leaders, HR Managers, or those who have employee health and wellbeing in their job portfolio.
