This workshop, funded through the ESRC, is jointly hosted by Loughborough and Leicester Business Schools and aims to demystify innovation for owners and leaders of local micro and small businesses. The session will share insights to help leaders explore how their businesses can increase productivity through innovation.
Attendees will gain an enhanced understanding of decision-making processes and strategies related to innovation and productivity and will unpick the specific challenges faced by their business in becoming more productive. Following the event, attendees will have the option to continue to work with the workshop facilitators on a 1-2-1 basis to explore the skills, resources, and support they need to innovate and become more productive. By addressing the barriers and challenges facing SMEs, the workshop and ongoing support can help business leaders to unlock their full potential and contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the local economy.
