This event will showcase the latest research and knowledge of good practice and is designed to revitalize participants’ strategies for organizational resilience.
Specifically, the event will reflect the themes of resilient innovation, people, and growth as follows:
Resilient innovation – the event will show how operational business continuity links directly to business resilience and an improved capacity to resilient innovation.
People – resilience may be embedded in organisational processes and capabilities but the actions that result in resilient innovation are firmly centred in human resources, and this is especially the case in smaller businesses where formal resources for business continuity and organisational resilience are often less extensive and developed.
Growth – the event is a call to action for businesses to look to grow the resources and networks that can enhance their resilience. In turn, such resilience provides the bedrock for strategic resilience and its associated growth and sustainability.
The workshop will be led by Dr Brahim Herbane – Associate Professor at Leicester Castle Business School.
